It was a bright, sunny day in Jacksonville, Florida. Just outside of the city, a small group of college students was taking a stroll on a trail through a forest. Then they decided to get closer to a stream just by the trail. There were a bunch of neat-looking plants by the stream the students wanted to check out. They were studying biology, and even though it was summer vacation the students wanted to continue studying plants and animals in their spare time.
All was going well, until one of the college students, Rick Thompson, slipped and fell into the stream. “Woo, way to go Rick!” cried out his friends; Sally Smith, B
In a dull, lonesome graveyard there dwelled a young ghost named Todd. He had been a ghost for several years. He envied the living; however he did not frighten or harm them in any way. Todd merely yearned to be among the living again. In a cottage right next to the graveyard, hidden by the thick trees, weeds, and bushes, lived Vincent, a mysterious warlock. Todd knew it was very well possible Vincent could make him alive again, but he was too scared to ask. What if Vincent had a cold personality, or just simply wouldn’t do it?
One day a young girl and her parents moved into a big house not very far from the grave
I was lying on my favorite pink blanket that my grandparents crocheted for me last Christmas, trying to push through my English homework. This was so confusing. Why couldn’t Shakespeare just say what he meant? Why talk in riddles? There was a light knock on my white bedroom door, interrupting my thoughts. “Yeah?” I replied. I placed my thick textbook down on the bed. The white door opened slowly, and my mother was on the other side, her brown hair swinging past her face like a curtain. She smiled weakly. “May I come in?”
“Yeah sure, what’s up?” I climbed off my bed and walked ov

“One of the large trees in my mother's kingdom caught fire. Due to a drought. Happening over the last few weeks. We have no mage’s within the kingdom. Available to put out the spreading flames.”
She got on th
Trees of the jungle speak of this explorer…
There was an explorer. He was looking for a temple. The temple held the greatest riches. That was known to the planet. As he reached the destination. Written on the map. As an X at the end. He ventured up the intimidating stairwell. The door to the building opened. There was all of the treasure. Taking a step forward. His foot stepped on a switch. He descended into the trap door. Falling into a pit of vines. Feeling these vines begin to move. The explorer went to the wall. Hearing a loud hissing noise. He shot a look over his shoulder. Barly managing to miss a snake. That had attempted to bit

Hope this is what one young girl wanted for the world. In order to accomplish her dream. She left her family. Following the path leading out of town. After having packed some resources. Including rare material. That had been recycled. From the recent war that had occurred. After a couple of days. The child came upon a stream. Sitting down she opened her travel sack. Only some bread remained. Just as she was about to eat it.
Footsteps could be heard from behind. An elegant looking woman stood next to where she was. She looked at the bread that the smaller woman held. Never taking her eyes off of it

The face at the corner table in the café ... something about her caught my eye.
While I was trying to figure out what, she noticed me staring. She glanced away, then back.
And her look of recognition at me coincided with mine back at her.
She left the table she was sharing with a companion and came over to mine. “Tom!”
she called. “It’s been a while.”
“Tara!” I called in reply. I got up and held out my hand to shake hers. And now I was
staring even more.
“It’s all right if you don’t want to shake ... hands,” she replied, noticing my
hesitation. H

Officer Jarrett stepped onto the prisoner transport craft. This would be her last stint as a police officer—not because she was retiring, but because she was planning, with enthusiasm, to break the law.
She was not the officer scheduled to pilot the craft. Her pilot ID and transfer papers had been forged by the criminal librarians of the Gor System. Her objective was simply to take whatever prisoners happened to be within the craft to the prison facility on Planet Myxinder, and retrieve the person of interest; a man who went by the simple name of ‘Bob’.
